Raising Funds for our Campus Transition Project

Bethlehem is excited to kick-off a new effort to help earn funds for our Campus Transition project! We have committed to work a concession stand at 4 events at Lambeau Field during the 2024-2025 Green Bay Packers season. For each event our group works, Bethlehem will earn a percentage of the sales made in our concession stand. The funds earned will be put towards the Campus Transition School/ELC project. Our school has many new families and what a great opportunity it would be to meet each other, and get to know each other a bit more outside of school. It should be a fun time!

Who Can Volunteer?

We’re looking for a minimum of 6 volunteers to work 4 events during the season.

Anyone older than age 16 can volunteer. We just need to make sure we have a 1:1 ratio of adult to minor working.

Training

All volunteers are required to complete a training. There are 3 online trainings you will need to complete that are required. There is a hands-on training that is strongly encouraged but not required. During the training you'll learn how to use the equipment in the stand and cash registers; learn about the day-off procedures for stadium parking/entrance, attire and what is expected of you.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long can I expect to be there?

You can expect to be there a full day, roughly 6-8 hours.  There will be set-up and clean-up to do in the stand, as well as working during the event.

  • What dates are we signed up for?

    • August 3 - Family Night

    • August 24 - GB vs Ravens

    • October 19 (Satruday) - Non-Game Day for Houston Texans

    • January 5 - GB vs Bears

    • ** There are additional opportunities during the season we could sign up for, if we have the volunteers.

  • How many volunteers do you need for each event?

We have committed to having 6 volunteers for each of the 4 events.  If we have more volunteers, great!  We' can earn more dollars.

  • What will the earnings be used for?

All funds will be put towards our Campus Transition Project to build a new School and Early Learning Center on the Grandview Campus.

  • Do the workers earn any money?

No, each individual will not directly earn any money.  The earnings that our group makes will be sent directly to Bethlehem to support the Campus Transition project.

  • When do I need to arrive?

Arrival times will vary depending on the start time of the event.  The Group Lead will reach out to you prior to the event to confirm the specific details for the day.

  • How much money could we earn?

We don't know to be honest!  Other groups have told us they have earned $4k+ at one event.  In the past, one group has earned $52K during the entire season and other groups earned more than $10K each.  There's definitely an opportunity to earn funds to support the project if we are able to get people to volunteer.

  • What kind of work will I be expected to do?

It will depend on the type of stand we are placed in.  We may need to grill or fry food, package food, deliver food to the guest or take payments.  You can expect to be on your feet all day.

  • Will I be contacted prior to the event that I've signed up for?

Yes!  The Group Lead for that event will reach out to you with all the specific information you'll need to know prior to the event.

  • Who can I contact with any questions?

    You can contact:

    Nicole Dorn (920.277.5811)

    Elizabeth Schoeneck (262.393.1949)

  • Why is there a Saturday event?

On Saturdays, before gameday, the Atrium at Lambeau is open for people to visit.  The on-site restaurant wasn't able to handle the number of guests wanting food, so concession stands in the Atrium were opened to help accommodate.  We will be working in one of those stands in the Atrium.
